EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The importance of herbal skin care products and beauty soaps in our life is that they help us to groom ourselves, making our looks better so that we can better enhance our personality and ourselves prominent .They also helps us in making our skin clean, shiny and healthy. We need beauty soaps not only to make ourselves look great but they are also essential to stay our skin dust free.

The scope of this report is that through the understanding the psyche of our customers preferably females, we can utilize the more effective attributes and features of beauty soaps. Why females show their interest in those soaps which have some specific features, and attributes like soaps for fair complexion, anti acne, deep cleansing, affordability, attractive fragrance, to make the skin glow, for oil free, and those for smoothness of skin.

Our target audience will be preferably females consumers like house wives, working women, college and university going girls, teenagers as   well and those who are much more conscious about their skin. But these beauty soaps also have some negative impacts during our research we observed that females have some reservations about these beauty soaps, which are sometimes harmful for skin. Considering above we are going to introduce Hand Made Herbal Beauty Soap in Pakistan initially in Karachi.

Our product Beauty Care Herbal Soap is an organic product which is handmade product and launch first time in Pakistan. This sales promotion is developed to provide opportunities to enter the market and capture at least 2% market share in earlier three months. The company will attract the customers through marketing campaign, Free sampling, Publicity and different marketing strategies.

We have wide range of herbal soaps according to the nature of the skin like for oily skin, dry skin, and for acne problems. We will also introduce seasonal herbal soaps at discounts and very reasonable prices. We are also doing production as per requirements for instance special size, fragrance, different colors and some specific ingredients according to the demand of the customers.

We will be doing product demonstration, broacher distribution, and free sampling, free trials, small trial packages at Collages Universities Beauty Parlor Super Markets Shopping Malls because majority of female consumers are easily available in different shopping malls and markets located in various areas of the city. To market our product we will use electronic media  (broadcast television and radio),print media, outdoor activities ,digital marketing and celebrity endorsements  as well.

• In case of Factory De-Stuffing:
• Format to be drafted on consignee letterhead duly signed by cnee (signature duly verified by bank) along with CHA stamp and sign.

• Advance Cargo Declaration (ACD) in case of Canada, Mexico, USA and South American ports
• Measurement Certificate in case CBM is to be mentioned on the B/L
• Copy of Hazardous Declaration Form in case of hazardous cargo (To be collected from our office at the time of booking)
• Non-Hazardous Declaration from the Shipper for non-hazardous chemical commodity.
• Customs approved Certificate in case of Short-Shipment of packages.

Booking slip

The booking slip must contain the following information:

• Name of the Shipper
• Port of Loading
• Port of Discharge
• Number of containers
• Type & Size of Containers
• Cargo Description
• Mode and Place of Stuffing
• Fax no. where the D/O is to be faxed

In case of Hazardous cargo, the booking slip must contain the following:

• Correct technical name of the Cargo / Commodity
• UN Number
• Class
• IMDG Page Number
• Flash Point

Proforma B/L:

The shipper must mention the B/L Instructions on Proforma B/L as per MSC B/L format. In case of more than one container, container-wise break up of Gross Wt., Net Wt. and no. of packages should be mentioned CNJ No. must be mentioned in case of Brazilian ports.

CRI / IDF No. must be mentioned as per port requirement.

H.S. Code No. must be mentioned on the Proforma B/L for USA, West Coast South American ports, Canada, Mexico & Rotterdam and for Pharmaceutical Commodities.

Telex Release Message: The Shipper must surrender full set of original B/Ls along with a request letter.
