This project is submitted, an idea
of “HANDMADE HERBAL BEAUTY SOAP” on the lines provided by you. We
have put forward a sufficient effort in the report and hoping that it will meet
your expectation.
EXECUTIVE
SUMMARY:
The
importance of herbal skin care products and beauty soaps in our life is that
they help us to groom ourselves, making our looks better so that we can better
enhance our personality and ourselves prominent .They also helps us in making
our skin clean, shiny and healthy. We need beauty soaps not only to make
ourselves look great but they are also essential to stay our skin dust free.
The
scope of this report is that through the understanding the psyche of our
customers preferably females, we can utilize the more effective attributes and
features of beauty soaps. Why females show their interest in those soaps which
have some specific features, and attributes like soaps for fair complexion,
anti acne, deep cleansing, affordability, attractive fragrance, to make the
skin glow, for oil free, and those for smoothness of skin.
Our
target audience will be preferably females consumers like house wives, working
women, college and university going girls, teenagers as well and those who are much more conscious
about their skin. But these beauty soaps also have some negative impacts during
our research we observed that females have some reservations about these beauty
soaps, which are sometimes harmful for skin. Considering above we are going to
introduce Hand Made Herbal Beauty Soap in Pakistan initially in Karachi.
Our
product Beauty Care Herbal Soap is an
organic product which is handmade product and launch first time in Pakistan.
This sales promotion is developed to provide opportunities to enter the market
and capture at least 2% market share in earlier three months. The company will
attract the customers through marketing campaign, Free sampling, Publicity and
different marketing strategies.

Ltd. Introduce our product “Beauty Care Herbal Soap” . Each bar weighs approximately 4.5 ounces and measures
approximately 4"x2.25"x1". Individual bars come shrink
wrapped and professionally labeled. Ingredients:
olive oil, palm oil, butter, castor oil, sweet almond oil, flower powder, flower
petals..Our all-natural handmade soaps are
made using our unique blends of pure essential oils, Coconut, turmeric, aloe Vera,
and Palm oils (and other moisturizing oils like butter, sweet almond with
rosemary extract as an anti-oxidant agent. Out of respect for the earth and you
the consumer, all our products are cruelty-free (no animal products or animal
testing), pure plant products.

product is for all skin types Our handmade bath and body care products will

DISCUSSION:
Our objective is “We use organic herbs from certified
growers, pure essential oils, and other nutrients from the plant Kingdom … to
delight your senses and pamper your skin.”
The tagline is “It’s
only natural…because people make our products, not machines…”
We have wide range of herbal soaps
according to the nature of the skin like for oily skin, dry skin, and for acne problems.
We will also introduce seasonal herbal soaps at discounts and very reasonable
prices. We are also doing production as per requirements for instance special
size, fragrance, different colors and some specific ingredients according to
the demand of the customers.
We will be doing product
demonstration, broacher distribution, and free sampling, free trials, small
trial packages at Collages Universities Beauty Parlor Super Markets Shopping Malls because majority of
female consumers are easily available in different shopping malls and markets
located in various areas of the city. To market our product we will use
electronic media (broadcast television
and radio),print media, outdoor activities ,digital marketing and celebrity
endorsements as well.
