This Agreement is made between the client Fizan Ahmed with email …… and (the developers) Rabia Iftikhar   with email Iftikhar_rabia@live.com   and Kazim Hussain with email kaxhus@gmail.com.

The Project

Description:

We have to design a MASTER DISTRIBUTER System, our client is managing three companies stock , involve with company’s brokers how took orders from different shops of  Karachi, broker commission is managing by product companies .

Features:

ü  Record of Suppliers.

ü  Managing Inventory

ü  Managing Orders

ü  Managing Sales Date

ü  Payment Term Definition

ü  Defining Discount Percentage

Duration limit:

Duration limit of the project is only 4 months (from September to December 31).

Services:

Service will provide after the sale, only for 3 months.

1.       FEES

1.       Total agreed initial development fees = ........................

2.       ................ ...will pay................ and R & K develop the  MASTER DISTRIBUTER System

3.       ................... Will pay R & K developers ...... .....after completing the project.

4.       Annual Other Fees & Charges Any additional fees will have to be agreed between both the parties.

Rate and Payment:

Payment will be made by Fizan Ahmed to Rabia Iftikhar and Kazim Hussain in full upon completion which will be no more than 30 days from the date of this agreement.

Developer name an Independent Contractor:

R & K developers are independent contractor, not an employee of the Fizan Ahmed. This means that Developer has the right to perform services for others during the term of this Agreement, that R & K developers can perform services at any location he desires, that developer will provide his own equipment to perform work, that Fizan Ahmed will not withhold from R & K developers compensation any amount that would normally be withheld from an employee’s pay, that Fizan Ahmed will not provide insurance of any kind for R & K developers, and that Fizan Ahmed will not provide training to the R & K developers.
